Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after being placed.
We offer Cash on Delivery for all locations across Egypt, so there’s no need to pay in advance.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 working days, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in the same condition it was sold – clean, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Any original tags (if applicable) must still be attached

• Proof of purchase (such as the receipt or order confirmation) is required

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid in cash, your refund will be provided in cash as well.
